PredictionPro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time, consistent with applicable law. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. PredictionPro will post a notification on this Site or otherwise provide notice to you if these Terms of Use materially change. Such changes become effective when specified in the relevant notification. If you do not agree to the changes, do not continue to use this Site after the date they become effective. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes means you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, PredictionPro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.
All prediction-market prices, probabilities, odds, trading volumes, resolution rules, market data, charts, research, analysis, articles, text, hidden text within source code, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, videos, trademarks, logos, music, sounds, and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel,” and arrangement of such Content on the Site, is owned by PredictionPro or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property and proprietary rights.
All trademarks appearing on this Site are the property of their respective owners, including, in some instances, PredictionPro and/or its partner companies. Nothing on this Site should be understood as granting you a license to use any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or logos owned by PredictionPro or any third party.
When accessing this Site, you agree to obey the law and to respect the intellectual property rights of PredictionPro and others. You agree that you are solely responsible for any violations of applicable law and for any infringement of third-party rights caused by any Feedback or PII (each as defined below) that you provide or transmit to us.
All materials contained or distributed on this website (the “Materials”) are owned by PredictionPro or its licensors. Except for downloading one copy of the Materials on a single computer for your personal, non-commercial use, you must not reproduce, modify, copy, publish, transmit, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, perform, or display the Materials without PredictionPro’s prior written permission (and, if applicable, that of any other copyright owner). You acquire no ownership rights by downloading or printing the Materials, which may not be used in any unauthorized manner.
You may browse this Site solely for your personal use and enjoyment. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, sold, distributed, or otherwise exploited (including by “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, website, or medium for publication, distribution, or commercial use, without PredictionPro’s express prior written consent.
You may not use any “deep-link,” “page-scrape,” “robot,” “spider,” or other automatic device, program, algorithm, or methodology (or any similar manual process) to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Site, or to reproduce or circumvent its navigational structure or presentation, to obtain materials, documents, or information not purposely made available to you through the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, or to any systems or networks connected to the Site, by hacking, password “mining,” or other illegitimate means.
You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any connected network, nor breach its security or authentication measures. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to reduce to human-perceivable form any source code used in providing the Site, trace or attempt to trace any other user to its source, or exploit the Site or any service offered through it in a way intended to reveal information (including PII) other than your own.
You agree not to take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site’s infrastructure or PredictionPro’s systems or networks, or any connected systems or networks.
You agree not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any transaction conducted on it, or with any other person’s use of the Site — including by submitting a virus or harmful component, or by “flooding,” “spamming,” “mail bombing,” or “crashing” the Site. You agree not to use the Site to send unsolicited e-mail, including promotions or advertisements. You also agree not to frame the Site or use metatags or other “hidden text” utilizing PredictionPro’s name or trademarks without our express written consent.
You may not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any message you send to PredictionPro, and you may not pretend to be, or represent, someone else or impersonate any individual or entity.
You may not use the Site, including any Content or Materials, for any unlawful purpose or purpose prohibited by these Terms of Use, including to transmit or solicit: (a) unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane, or indecent information of any kind; (b) any message that constitutes or encourages conduct that would be a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability; or (c) any information or material that violates or infringes the rights of others, including privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights. Any violation of PredictionPro’s system or network security may subject you to civil and/or criminal liability.
Any feedback, suggestions, questions, comments, ideas, or other similar information relating to the Site or PredictionPro that you provide to us (excluding your PII) (collectively, “Feedback”) is deemed PredictionPro’s proprietary information. PredictionPro may use Feedback for any purpose, including improving and modifying the Site, and shall own all rights, title, and interest in the Feedback and any resulting improvements or modifications.

If you choose to provide your e-mail address to receive alerts or our newsletter, or otherwise provide PII to us, it is a condition of doing so that the information you provide is correct, current, and complete.
PredictionPro does not currently charge for access to the Site, offer user accounts, or process payments. If PredictionPro introduces paid subscriptions, user accounts, or other paid products or features in the future, additional terms and conditions — including pricing, billing, and cancellation terms — will apply and will be presented to you at that time, and this Section will be updated accordingly. You agree to abide by any such additional terms, including, where applicable, representing that you are of sufficient legal age to use or participate in the relevant service or feature.

By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure — any message or information you send to the Site may be read or intercepted by others, even where a transmission is encrypted.
The Site may display content or tools provided by third parties, links to third-party web pages, or both, including advertisements and solicitations to purchase products or services (collectively, “Third-Party Content”). This includes market data, prices, probabilities, and resolution rules displayed from third-party prediction-market platforms such as Kalshi and Polymarket. PredictionPro does not operate, control, or guarantee the accuracy of these third-party platforms, does not execute or facilitate trades on your behalf, and does not accept wagers. Any trading or transaction you undertake occurs solely on the applicable third-party platform and is governed solely by that platform’s own terms and conditions — you must contact the third party directly for any remedies available to you. Access to Third-Party Content does not constitute an endorsement by PredictionPro of any third party or its content. PredictionPro is not the seller of any products or services purchased from third parties and is in no way responsible for their delivery.
If PredictionPro provides links to social media platforms and you visit them through our links, information you post, transmit, or make available there may be viewed by the general public. PredictionPro does not control content on social media platforms and is not responsible for any third-party use of content you have posted there.
You agree that PredictionPro has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, disclose, refuse to post, or remove, at any time and in its sole discretion, any Material or Content anywhere on this Site. PredictionPro does not and cannot review all Materials, PII, and Feedback submitted to the Site. If notified, PredictionPro may investigate an allegation that content violates these Terms of Use and will determine whether to remove it, but is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability for content transmitted by or between users, including any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, danger, or inaccuracy contained therein.
PredictionPro may, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, terminate the access of users who infringe the copyrights of others. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. All testimony, evidence, rulings, and documentation regarding any arbitration shall be considered confidential and shall not be used, disclosed, or divulged except as required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms of Use shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party, whether through class arbitration or otherwise. You agree to arbitrate on an individual basis. NEITHER YOU NOR PREDICTIONPRO WILL BE ENTITLED TO JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS BY OR AGAINST OTHER VISITORS IN COURT OR ARBITRATION, OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE, CLASS MEMBER, OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY. The arbitral tribunal may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any representative or class proceeding. The arbitral tribunal has no power to consider the enforceability of this class arbitration waiver; any such challenge may only be raised in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to this Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PredictionPro and its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses, liabilities, settlements, litigation, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable fees, costs, and expenses of attorneys and expert witnesses) arising out of or related to: (i) your use of the Site, including any Materials; (ii) any violation of these Terms of Use or applicable law by you in connection with your use of the Site; or (iii) any actual or alleged infringement by you of any intellectual property, privacy, or other right of any third party.
PredictionPro reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you at your expense, and you shall not settle or otherwise dispose of any such matter without PredictionPro’s prior written consent.

If PredictionPro introduces accounts in the future:] Upon termination of your account for any reason, PredictionPro will retain your data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Even if your account is terminated, the provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive will so survive.
To the extent any part of the Site offers subscriptions in the future, PredictionPro reserves the right to cancel any such subscription at any time in its sole discretion, with notice to affected users.
PredictionPro reserves the right, without prejudice to its other rights, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if PredictionPro determines, in its sole discretion, that your use is or was in breach of these Terms of Use. PREDICTIONPRO MAY, AT ANY TIME AND WITHOUT NOTICE, TERMINATE OR RESTRICT YOUR ACCESS TO THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICES, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER RIGHTS OR REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO IT AND WITHOUT ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER.
You agree that any violation of these Terms of Use may constitute an unlawful and unfair business practice and cause irreparable harm to PredictionPro, for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and you consent to PredictionPro obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief it deems necessary or appropriate. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies PredictionPro may have at law or in equity.

PredictionPro’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall modify any of these Terms of Use. PredictionPro may assign its rights and duties under these Terms of Use to any party at any time without notice to you and without your express consent. You will not assign any of your rights or delegate any of your obligations under these Terms of Use without PredictionPro’s prior written consent; any purported assignment or delegation in violation of this Section is null and void and does not relieve you of your obligations. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Sections 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16, along with any other provisions that by their nature should survive, shall survive any termination of these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use, together with PredictionPro’s Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersede any prior written or oral agreements between the parties on that subject matter.
